Endospheres

Endospheres is a treatment in which a device compresses and vibrates the skin together with the tissue beneath it, reaching areas that a therapist’s hands cannot access without causing pain. It breaks down dense cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, helps drain lymphatic stagnation from swollen legs, reduces the appearance of stretch marks, and restores firmness to loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss. At PIED-DE-POULE in Warsaw, we use a certified, original Endospheres device made in Italy, with the full range of frequencies specified by the manufacturer.

Goodbye cellulite

Lumps on the thighs become less visible, and the skin looks smoother.

Legs without swelling

Ankles regain their shape and the feeling of heaviness subsides.

Less visible stretch marks

Scars become shallower and skin tone looks more even.

Firmer loose skin

Thighs and abdomen regain firmness.

What is Endospheres?

The method originated in Italy and is based on compressive microvibration, known as CMV technology. In practice, a handpiece with 55 silicone spheres mounted on rotating axes moves across the skin, with each sphere simultaneously compressing the tissue and vibrating at a set frequency.

Endospheres treatment based on CMV technology

The spheres work on two levels at the same time. Compression moves fluids toward the lymph nodes and loosens dense bands of connective tissue, while vibration reaches layers that cannot be accessed manually without considerable pain. The handpiece does not suction the skin, so bruises are not left on the body.

What problems can this treatment address?

Skin with cellulite

Lumps on the thighs and buttocks can be visible not only when the skin is pinched but also while standing in daylight. The treatment helps loosen fibrous tissue that pulls the skin downward and creates characteristic dimples.

Lymphatic stagnation and swelling

By the end of the day, the ankles may lose their definition and sock marks can remain for hours. Working with the handpiece accelerates lymphatic drainage, and the circumference of the leg may decrease during the session, similarly to classic lymphatic drainage massage, but at a deeper level.

Visible stretch marks

Fresh red and pink stretch marks respond best because fibroblasts are still active in these areas. Older white scars can be made shallower and more even in colour, although they will not disappear completely.

Loss of skin firmness

After pregnancy, weight loss, or after the age of forty, the skin on the inner thighs and arms may no longer return to its previous shape. Rhythmic mechanical stimulation encourages collagen production, helping the skin become denser.

Localised excess fat

Love handles, so-called saddlebags above the knees, and folds around the waist. Exercise and diet cannot target these areas selectively, while Endospheres works exactly where the handpiece is applied, which is why it fits well into a treatment plan with anti-cellulite massage.

Heavy, tired legs

Eight hours at a desk or twelve hours on your feet can end the same way: throbbing calves and the feeling that your legs are made of lead. A session can bring relief the same evening.

How compressive microvibration works

The therapist moves the handpiece along the lymphatic vessels, always toward the lymph nodes. The spheres apply pressure to the tissue point by point, one after another, creating a wave that pushes accumulated fluids and breaks down adhesions between collagen fibres. The vibration warms the tissue from within, dilates capillaries and increases oxygen supply to fat cells, making it easier for them to release stored triglycerides. The same stimulus reaches fibroblasts, which begin producing new collagen and elastin, and after several weeks the skin becomes denser and more elastic.

How to prepare for the treatment

  • Drink at least one litre of water during the day before your appointment and a glass immediately before the session, as hydrated tissue conducts vibration better.
  • Eat a light meal about two hours beforehand; do not arrive on a full stomach or completely fasting.
  • Avoid applying body lotion or oil on the morning of your appointment.
  • Bring comfortable underwear and loose trousers for the journey home.

How many sessions are needed and how long do the results last?

At the salon, you can book a 30-minute session for one area, a 45-minute session for two adjacent areas, or a 60-minute session for the entire legs together with the buttocks and abdomen. A complete cellulite treatment course usually consists of 10 to 12 sessions twice a week, while 8 sessions are often sufficient for swelling. Results after the full course usually last from four to six months, and one maintenance visit per month helps prolong them. Clients who visit regularly often add facial massage to their plan to support circulation in the upper part of the body as well.

Recommendations after the session

  • Drink an additional one and a half litres of water over the next 24 hours to help the released fluids leave the body.
  • Avoid alcohol and very salty foods on the same day.
  • Choose a 20-minute walk or a light bike ride instead of an intensive strength workout.
  • Leave the sauna and hot bath until the following day.

On a day off from Endospheres, relax tense back and neck muscles with a classic massage, as lying in one position for an hour can sometimes cause discomfort.

How Endospheres therapy works step by step

01
01 – Consultation and tissue assessment

The therapist visually examines and palpates the areas that concern you, checks the degree of fibrosis, and asks about previous illnesses and any medications you take. Based on this information, you agree on the treatment areas and session duration.

02
02 – Initial measurements

We measure the circumference of the thighs, calves, waist and hips and take photographs of the treatment areas under the same lighting conditions. This becomes the reference point for the entire treatment course.

03
03 – Skin preparation

We cleanse the skin and apply a glide product that allows the handpiece to move without friction. You put on disposable underwear.

04
04 – Working with the handpiece on treatment areas

The therapist moves the handpiece along the lymphatic pathways, gradually increasing the pressure to the limit of your comfort. Firmer areas are treated several times to loosen dense tissue.

05
05 – Lymphatic drainage

The final minutes of the session involve lighter, longer movements toward the groin and the areas behind the knees. This stage determines how much fluid actually leaves the tissue after you leave the treatment room.

06
06 – Treatment plan and recommendations

We determine the number of sessions, the intervals between them, and specific recommendations for the next 24 hours. You can book your following appointments immediately to maintain a schedule of two visits per week.

How the treatment works

Endosfera – zabieg wspomagający redukcję napięcia i poprawę kondycji skóry
  • MICROCIRCULATION

Rhythmic pressure dilates the capillaries and accelerates blood flow in the skin, allowing the tissue to receive more oxygen and helping the skin tone look more even after the first few visits.

  • LYMPHATIC FLOW

The wave created by the spheres moves accumulated lymph toward the lymph nodes, reducing the circumference of the ankles and calves and relieving the feeling of heaviness in the legs.

  • LOOSENING OF FIBROUS TISSUE

Mechanical pressure breaks down dense bands of connective tissue surrounding fat cells, helping prevent the skin from being pulled into characteristic dimples.

  • COLLAGEN SYNTHESIS

Vibration stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin fibres, making the skin feel denser and more elastic after several weeks.

  • MUSCLE TENSION

Vibrations relax contracted muscle fibres beneath the fatty tissue, which can reduce throbbing in the calves and bring relief after a full day of activity.

  • FAT RELEASE

Warmed tissue with improved blood circulation releases stored triglycerides into the bloodstream more easily, which may help reduce circumference in areas resistant to diet.

FAQ

  • What is Endospheres?

It is a body-contouring treatment in which a device works on the skin and the tissue beneath it to reduce cellulite, support lymphatic drainage and firm loose skin. The treatment is painless and leaves no marks, so you can return to your usual activities after the appointment.

  • Is Endospheres effective?

Yes, with a regular course of treatments, reductions in thigh and waist circumference can be seen in measurements, while the structure of cellulite visibly changes. A single visit mainly provides relief from swelling, while longer-lasting results are built over 10 to 12 sessions.

  • Does Endospheres hurt?

No. The sensation resembles a strong massage with vibration. We adjust the pressure continuously, and you can ask for it to be changed at any time.

  • When will I see the first results?

A feeling of lighter legs and reduced circumference can be noticed immediately after the first session. Changes in the appearance of the skin and the structure of cellulite are usually visible after four to six visits.

  • How many treatments are needed in a course?

For cellulite, usually 10 to 12 sessions twice a week; for swelling and heavy legs, typically 8 sessions. After that, one maintenance visit per month is usually sufficient.

  • How long does one session take?

You can choose between 30, 45 and 60 minutes, depending on how many areas of the body are being treated. The treatment itself begins a few minutes after you enter the treatment room.

  • What are the contraindications?

Pregnancy, cancer, thrombosis and inflammatory vein conditions, fever, fresh scars, and active skin infections. We ask about all of these before the first session.

  • Can it help with advanced fibrous cellulite?

Yes. Dense tissue simply requires a longer treatment course and stronger pressure. For third- and fourth-degree cellulite, we plan a minimum of 12 sessions.

  • Can I return to my usual activities after the appointment?

Yes. The treatment does not leave bruising or redness on the skin. You only need to avoid intensive exercise, sauna and alcohol for the rest of the day.

  • How long do the results last?

After completing the treatment course, the results usually last from four to six months. One maintenance visit per month helps prolong the effect.

  • Does Endospheres help with stretch marks?

Yes, especially fresh red or pink stretch marks, because fibroblasts are still active in these areas. Older white scars can be made shallower and more even in colour, although they will not disappear completely.

  • Can I combine the treatment with other therapies?

Yes. Many clients add facial massage to their plan to support circulation in the upper part of the body, or classic back massage on a day off from Endospheres. The therapist will help you choose the right order of treatments so that they do not reduce each other’s effects.
