Mandatory qualities:

We offer:

• salary consists of 30, 33, 35, 37, 40% of the client's bill (average expected salary is UAH 50,000)

• we do not limit work in other places in your free time

• late customers are possible and sometimes you have to stay at work longer

• UAH 400 for 1 working shift

Schedule:

• 2/2, 3/3 or a week after a week (by agreement with a shift worker)

• morning preparation of the salon for work (the checklist revising)
• monitoring of the cleaner's work
• keep a record of customers (answer to calls according to scripts)
• know the history of visits of regular customers and their wishes
• work in the CRM system (correct coordination of clients and beauty artists)
• monitoring of the work of masters
• know all the latest news and keep abreast of the beauty industry
• friendly, open and sincere attitude towards each client
• work in team
• learn the PIED-DE-POULE rules and work according to the regulations

• from UAH 8,000 to UAH 18,000 depending on KPI
