- the customer satisfied with a service who has become a regular client and recommends the salon to the friends
Requirements:
- work experience is desirable but not required since PDP has its own internal school
Responsibilities:
- follow all the new things and keep abreast of the beauty market
- prepare a workplace before coming of a new client
- sterilize the tools before and after every customer
- be kind with all the clients
- work in team
- learn the PIED-DE-POULE rules and work accordingly the regulations
- come to work on time
Working qualities:
- you are stress-resistant and easily find a common language even with difficult clients
- you love what you do and respect your profession
Mandatory qualities:
- you do your job well (makeup, eyebrow correction and dyeing)
- you have not had unsatisfied customers within last year
We offer:
- salary consists of 50% of the client’s bill (work using your own cosmetics)
- once a month salary (advance payments are possible)
- there is also a bonus system (incentive for involvement in salon development)
- average expected salary is UAH 16 000 for 15 working days.
Schedule:
- we do not limit work in other places in your free time
- 2/2 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m
- late customers are possible and sometimes you have to stay at work longer
- consideration of an individual schedule is possible
